CYC WALL RULES
To help keep our cyc wall in excellent condition for every client, please review and follow the studio rules below:
Any damage to the cyc wall, or violation of cyc wall rules, including visible, hidden, or structural damage, — including standing on the curve, failure to follow footwear requirements, dragging equipment, or use of prohibited materials — will result in a mandatory minimum $500 cyc wall repair, repainting, or restoration fee. Additional repair, cleaning, labor, or restoration costs may apply depending on the extent of the damage or violation.
Policy Violations & Cleaning Fees
Failure to follow cyc wall rules will result in additional cleaning, restoration, or violation fees, even if permanent physical damage does not occur.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Standing, sitting, leaning, or applying pressure on restricted areas of the cyc wall
• Failure to use sticky shoe pads before entering the cyc wall area
• Use of prohibited materials such as glitter, powders, confetti, oils, food, drinks, or staining products
• Improper use of furniture, props, or equipment on the cyc wall
• Excessive scuffing, stains, dents, cracks, chipped paint, liquids, shoe marks, dragging equipment, or damage to curved sections are considered billable damage.
Violation fees are determined at the sole discretion of Golden Goose Studios based on the condition left after the session, additional labor required, and severity of the rule violations. Minimum fees may apply regardless of whether permanent damage is present.
Studio policies are subject to updates at any time. Continued use of the studio constitutes agreement to the most current policies and guidelines. Last updated: May 2026.
General Rules
• The booking client is fully responsible for all guests, models, vendors, children, pets, and anyone attending under their reservation.
• All guests must use the sticky shoe pads/mats before entering the cyc wall area.
• No standing on the curved cove portion of the wall.
• No leaning, sitting, or applying pressure against the walls.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please treat the studio and cyc wall with care and respect.
Furniture & Equipment
• No dragging furniture, props, ladders, carts, or equipment across the cyc wall floor.
• Furniture placed on the cyc wall must have protective padding or covers on the bottom.
• Do not tape, pin, nail, or attach anything to the walls.
Restricted Materials
The following are not permitted on or near the cyc wall without prior written approval:
- Cake smashes
- Paint
- Glitter or confetti
- Powders
- Smoke bombs
- Fake snow
- Body oils or self-tanner
- Any messy or staining materials
- Food and drinks are also not allowed near the cyc wall unless approved beforehand.
End of Session
• Please remove all props, trash, and personal belongings before leaving.
• Sessions must end at the scheduled end time, including cleanup and reset, with all guests exiting the studio by then.
• The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.
By booking or entering the studio, the booking client and all guests acknowledge and agree to these rules and accept financial responsibility for any damages, violations, or additional fees incurred during the session.
