1. Membership Eligibility

Memberships are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or who otherwise have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the membership account unless otherwise stated in writing by Golden Goose Studios.

2. Membership Commitment

All memberships require an initial commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

After the initial three-month commitment has been satisfied, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

By enrolling, you agree to remain financially responsible for all membership payments during the initial three-month commitment.

3. Automatic Billing

Membership fees are automatically charged each month using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Golden Goose Studios to automatically charge your payment method for all recurring membership fees until your membership is canceled.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed:

• Your membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

• Existing or future reservations may be canceled if your account is not brought current.

• Golden Goose Studios reserves the right to terminate memberships for repeated failed payment attempts.

5. Membership Benefits

Each membership includes the benefits associated with the membership tier selected at the time of purchase.

Benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Monthly studio hours

• Rollover hours (if applicable)

• Member-exclusive pricing

• Opportunities to provide feedback on future studio improvements, including new props, backdrop colors, seasonal sets, and other studio additions through occasional member surveys or questionnaires.

• Exclusive member promotions, special offers, and other membership perks offered from time to time

While Golden Goose Studios values member feedback and strives to consider member suggestions whenever possible, participation in surveys or questionnaires does not guarantee that any specific suggestion, product, prop, backdrop, or studio improvement will be implemented.

6. Booking Studio Time

All studio reservations must be made through Golden Goose Studios' online booking system.

Reservations are subject to studio availability.

Members are responsible for following all studio booking policies, cancellation policies, cleaning requirements, and studio rules.

Membership does not guarantee availability for any specific date or time.

7. Studio Hours

Monthly studio hours are provided as part of your membership and may only be used while your membership remains active.

If your membership includes rollover hours, rollover is limited to the maximum amount allowed for your membership tier.

Golden Goose Studios reserves the right to adjust rollover policies or membership benefits with reasonable notice.

8. Additional Studio Time

Studio time beyond your included monthly hours may be purchased at the current member rate for your membership level.

Additional time is subject to availability.

9. Membership Changes

Members may request to upgrade their membership at any time.

Requests to downgrade a membership will become effective on the next billing cycle after the initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled.

10. Cancellation

You may request to cancel your membership at any time.

If your cancellation request is submitted before your next monthly payment is processed, your membership will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, and no future payments will be charged.

If your monthly membership payment has already been processed, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for membership fees that have already been charged.

Your membership benefits, including any remaining monthly hours, will remain available through the end of your current paid billing cycle, unless your membership is terminated for a violation of these Terms.

11. Initial Membership Commitment

All memberships require an initial commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

If you request cancellation before completing the initial three-month commitment, your cancellation request will be accepted; however, you remain responsible for all membership payments due through the end of the three-month commitment. Your membership will then terminate at the conclusion of that commitment unless you choose to continue on a month-to-month basis.

Membership fees paid during the initial commitment are non-refundable.

12. Unused Hours and Membership Benefits

Membership benefits, including monthly studio hours, rollover hours (if applicable), discounts, and other member-exclusive perks, are available only while your membership is active.

Upon the expiration or termination of your membership, any unused monthly studio hours, rollover hours, discounts, or other membership benefits will be forfeited.

Membership hours and benefits:

• Have no cash value.

• Are non-refundable.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be exchanged for account credit.

• Cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another individual.

• Cannot be used after your membership has ended.

Golden Goose Studios is not responsible for unused membership hours or benefits that expire or are forfeited upon the termination of a membership.

13. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

• Unused studio hours

• Missed bookings

• Failure to use membership benefits

• Voluntary cancellation

14. Studio Policies

Members agree to comply with all Golden Goose Studios policies, including but not limited to:

• Studio Rules

• Booking Policies

• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

• Damage Policy

• Cleaning Requirements

• Pet Policy (if applicable)

• Cyc Wall Rules

Failure to follow studio policies may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Members remain financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, clients, children, or pets while using the studio.

15. Changes to Memberships

Golden Goose Studios reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, studio policies, and these Terms at any time.

Material changes will apply prospectively, and members will be provided with reasonable notice before those changes take effect.

Continued use of the membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

Members use the studio at their own risk.

Golden Goose Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Goose Studios, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the membership program or use of the studio.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Utah, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting the required "I Agree" checkbox during the membership purchase process and completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

Checking the "I Agree" box constitutes your electronic acceptance of this agreement and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use a Golden Goose Studios membership.
